Our Founder

The organization was founded by Mr. Shirish Pandharinath Bhaisare, a veteran in the fire protection and safety industry with more than 30 years of experience to his credit. His vast knowledge spans across Fire Fighting management, Inspection, Investigation and Testing, Procurement, Recruitment, Job Hazard Analysis, Training, and Determined Fire Safety Checks.

He started his illustrious career at the Government of India Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Mumbai in 1982 and retired from services as Deputy Chief Fire Officer, Government of India Heavy Water Plant, Andhra Pradesh. A highlight of his career has been successfully passing the Membership Examination of the Institution of Fire Engineers, UK, Graduate ship examination of Institution of Fire Engineers (India) and Lead Auditor Course of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. His core competencies lie in the areas of Administration, Budgets, Procuring, Recruitment and Training, Fire Prevention, Fire Protection, and Employee Satisfaction.

Mr. Bhaisare is a highly-respected and admired part of the Infiniti team, and brings extremely valuable knowledge and wisdom to the table. He holds a position of great responsibility within the organization. Dedicated to his passion, he has a proven track record of ‘Making things happen’.
